在流行的動漫意涵中，「萌」意旨極為可愛迷人的東西，而萌殺則是極端著迷而近乎毀滅的狀態。在這件動畫中，將蒙娜麗莎變造成既萌且殺的樣貌。一方面添增貓耳，蝴蝶結以及迷你短裙這些充滿萌感的象徵。而雷射光束、翅膀、千手神力、鐵鍊等則是另一種具有毀滅惡魔既神且鬼的形象。在這種近乎戲謔的拼裝組合中，一方面希望透過年輕人喜愛的動漫語言，滿足視覺的趣味，同時也沉重的藉此作品表達，「萌娜麗殺」彷彿是統合了來自西方與日本兩大外來文化影響的恐怖集合體。

In popular anime culture, moe（萌） refers to something irresistibly cute and charming, while “moe-kill” describes a state of fascination so extreme that it borders on annihilation. In this animation, the Mona Lisa is transformed into a figure embodying both cuteness and destruction. Cat ears, bows, and a miniskirt evoke the visual language of moe, while laser beams, wings, a thousand-armed divine power, and chains create a destructive figure that is at once divine and demonic.

Through this playful hybrid, the work adopts the language of anime and manga favored by younger generations to create a visually engaging experience. Beneath its humor, however, lies a more serious reflection: Moe Na Lisa appears as a monstrous composite shaped by two major sources of foreign cultural influence—Western culture and Japanese culture.
